• Strength and Stamina: The first half of the class focuses on building physical strength and endurance, crucial for high-adrenaline Arcteryx Alpine Academy activities.
• Mind and Fascia Restoration: The second half is dedicated to relaxing the mind and restoring fascia, promoting complete body relaxation.
• Crystal Sound Bowl Savasana: End the session with a calming crystal sound bowl experience during Savasana, rejuvenating both mind and body.
