Join Heidi for an energising 90-minute yoga session designed to optimize your performance in mountain sports. This class emphasizes body alignment and breathing techniques, essential for enhancing strength, stamina, and overall well-being.

• Strength and Stamina: The first half of the class focuses on building physical strength and endurance, crucial for high-adrenaline Arcteryx Alpine Academy activities.
• Mind and Fascia Restoration: The second half is dedicated to relaxing the mind and restoring fascia, promoting complete body relaxation.
• Crystal Sound Bowl Savasana: End the session with a calming crystal sound bowl experience during Savasana, rejuvenating both mind and body.

What to Bring: Please bring a mat or towel and a warm jumper.
